1. Announcement Posts

For your first post breaking the news. Post this once you've added the header image to your bio.

Variant A: Vulnerable / mission-driven

There are rooms you walk into. And there are rooms you've been called to. This August, I'm stepping onto the stage at Let Her Rise, a 3-day experience for women entrepreneurs who are tired of pushing through and ready to rise on their own terms. I said yes because if I'd had a room like this when I was starting out, everything would have been different. If something just stirred reading this, trust it. Aug 26–28 · Lindon, UT · Early Bird open now [YOUR LINK]

Variant B: Confident / business voice

Big news: I'm speaking at Let Her Rise 2026. 3 days. 8 women. One room built for the entrepreneur who's done with the burnout grind and ready to scale from peace instead of pressure. Aug 26–28 in Lindon, UT. I picked who I wanted in that room, and you're on the list. Early Bird is open. Tap to reserve your seat. [YOUR LINK]

Variant C: Direct / personal invite

I want to tell you something I've been holding for a few weeks. I'm one of 8 speakers taking the stage at Let Her Rise this August, a 3-day women's leadership experience in Lindon, UT. I'm bringing my work on [YOUR TOPIC] to a room full of women I know are doing the same things you are: building, leading, surviving, dreaming. If you've been waiting for a sign, this is it. Aug 26–28. [YOUR LINK]

2. Behind-the-Talk Posts

For mid-cycle, 3–5 weeks out. Tease what you're bringing on stage.

Variant A: Preparation moment

Some talks you prepare for weeks. This one I've been preparing for years. When I take the Let Her Rise stage on Aug 26, I'm bringing [TALK TITLE], the work I wish someone had handed me when I was [STORY MOMENT]. Here's what I want every woman in that room to walk away with: → [TAKEAWAY 1] → [TAKEAWAY 2] → [TAKEAWAY 3] This isn't theory. It's the work I've lived, refined, and watched transform real businesses. Early Bird seats are still open: [YOUR LINK]

Variant B: Why this room matters

Here's what makes Let Her Rise different from every other women's conference I've been invited to. It's not a stage full of strategies stacked on strategies. It's not motivational fluff. It's not a sales pitch dressed up in worship music. It's a room of God-centered women entrepreneurs doing the actual work, building, leading, struggling, rising, and choosing to do it together instead of alone. I want you there. Aug 26–28 · Lindon, UT. [YOUR LINK]

3. Who This Is For Posts

For the woman thinking "is this for me?"

Variant A: The honest filter

Let Her Rise isn't for everyone. Here's who it IS for: ✓ The woman building a business while her body or brain isn't cooperating ✓ The one who keeps asking "is it supposed to feel this hard?" ✓ The one who's tired of conferences full of hustle gospel ✓ The one whose faith is the foundation, not the marketing angle ✓ The one ready to lead from peace instead of pressure If you nodded at any of those, this room was built for you. Aug 26–28 · Lindon, UT · [YOUR LINK]

Variant B: The permission slip

A reminder for the woman who's been quietly considering Let Her Rise: You don't need permission. You don't need it to be a "better season." You don't need to have it all figured out first. You just need to decide you're worth a room where you don't have to explain yourself. Aug 26–28 · Early Bird open · [YOUR LINK]

4. Last-Call Urgency Posts

Final 7–10 days before Early Bird closes.

Variant A: Direct urgency

Last call. Early Bird for Let Her Rise closes [DATE]. After that, seats are +$100 and the VIP rows are capped at 50. If you've been sitting with this, take this as your nudge. [YOUR LINK]

Variant B: Soft urgency / pull

I'm not going to keep posting about Let Her Rise. You know it's happening. You know I'd love to see you there. So I'll just say this: Aug 26–28 is the room. Early Bird closes [DATE]. I'll be in that room either way. I just want you in it with me. [YOUR LINK]

Variant C: The fence-sitter

If "I'll decide next week" has been your relationship with Let Her Rise for the last month, this is the post for you. Early Bird closes [DATE]. That's the decision deadline. Worst case: you spend 3 days in a beautiful Utah venue surrounded by women doing meaningful work. Best case: you walk out a different woman than the one who walked in. [YOUR LINK]

05 · DM & Text Scripts

For your warm network.

This is where most of your tickets will actually come from. Use these for 1:1 outreach to your closest circle: friends, peers, past clients who you actually think would love it.

One Quick Rule

Every templated DM needs ONE specific line added before you send it. "Thought of you because of [whatever you actually thought of, their launch, the season they're in, your last conversation]." That single line is the difference between something that lands and something that gets ignored. Don't skip it.

1. Personal Invite

For your close network: friends, peers, past clients.

2. "Thinking of You" Follow-Up

Send 5 to 7 days after the first invite, only if you'd actually follow up.

3. Group Chat / Community Blast

Slack, Discord, group thread, mastermind. Where everyone already knows you.

4. Last-Chance Nudge

For specific people who showed interest but haven't pulled the trigger.

5. When People Push Back

Quick responses for the most common pushback.

06 · Talking Points

For when it comes up in conversation.

Chamber meetings, masterminds, podcasts, coffee chats. Pick the version that fits the moment.

07 · Email Signature Snippet

Make every email a promo.

A small block you paste below your normal signature. Every email you send between now and August becomes a passive event promo. Two versions, pick the one that fits your style.

Before you copy: pick the right button

Using Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail? Use "Copy for Gmail". That copies the rendered signature (with formatting), which is the only thing those signature editors accept.

Using MailerLite, Flodesk, or anything that lets you paste raw HTML? Use "Copy HTML".

Version 1 · Minimal One-Line

Italic single line, sits below your normal signature like a P.S.

Version 2 · Boxed Promo Card

More attention-grabbing. Use this if you want the event to be noticed.

How to add it to your email

After Aug 28

Remove this signature once the event is over (or replace with a "Just spoke at Let Her Rise, replay coming" version). Don't leave a dated event promo running indefinitely.

That's the kit.

Now go fill those seats.

You don't have to use every piece. Pick the three things that fit your style, do them well, and stretch them over the next 8–10 weeks. The women who belong in that room are already in your orbit, this kit is just the nudge that gets them to say yes.

See you in Lindon. ✦
